At Keilance, we want you to absolutely love your purchases. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help!

Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at support@shopkeilance.com to initiate a return.
    2. Obtain a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and any accompanying materials. Include the RA number on the return package.
    4. Ship to the Return Address: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 3-5days business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
    • Please allow 3-5days business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
