Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging.

Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at support@shopkeilance.com to initiate a return.
- Obtain a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and any accompanying materials. Include the RA number on the return package.
- Ship to the Return Address: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 3-5days business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 3-5days business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
